GloTalent is a US-based recruiting agency headquartered in Virginia, USA. We help US employers in hospitality, construction, landscape and manufacturing connect with bilingual candidates from Latin America.
What we collect
We collect information you submit through our forms — name, email, phone, company, roles, industry experience, country, message, and (for candidates) a CV. We also collect basic analytics about how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to inquiries, evaluate candidate fit, present candidates to potential employers, and improve the site. We do not sell your data.

Candidate information may be shared with prospective US employers as part of the recruiting process. Employer information may be shared with candidates being considered for a role.
